All sales of digital products are final. Due to the non-returnable nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds for:
-Change of mind
-Incompatibility with your system or software if the requirements were clearly stated
-Accidental purchase or misuse
Exceptions:
Refunds may be issued for:
-Duplicate orders
-Other purchase errors clearly caused by Synkit
To request a refund, contact us at hello@synkit.net within 30 days of purchase with the following:
1. Your order number or proof of purchase
2. A description of the issue
3. Any relevant screenshots, error messages, or recordings demonstrating the problem
We may request additional information or attempt to troubleshoot before approving a refund.
Refunds:
Once your request is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Processing may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
