No refunds will be provided in such cases.

We may also deny future purchases or access to Synkit services to users involved in account abuse or fraudulent behavior.

15. Digital Product License

All digital products sold on Synkit, including but not limited to layer styles, actions, fonts, textures, presets, and other creative assets, are licensed—not sold—to the original purchaser under the following conditions:

-You may use the products for personal or commercial projects.

-You may not resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense the products, whether modified or unmodified.

-You may not upload or make the products available on any marketplace, platform, website, cloud drive, or file-sharing service.

-Each license is non-transferable and granted to one individual user only.

Violation of the Digital Product License may result in legal action, account termination, and permanent loss of access to all Synkit services.
